Quoin’s contract managers and administrators have advanced knowledge of contract law and it’s application. This combined with their technical knowledge and abilities places them in a position to assist and advise our clients on contract selection, pricing and contract strategies, taking into account and understanding our client’s business and project requirements.

We ensure through proper contract administration that the service is being delivered as agreed, to the required level of performance and quality in terms of the contract, that formal governance and changes to the contract documentation are in place and being adhered to.

Our contract managers assist with resolving or easing tensions between parties, by building relationships, based on mutual understanding, trust, open communications, benefiting both client/employer and contractor – fostering a ‘win/win’ relationship.
